Do you recommend this band for an 11 year old, and if so, do they come in different sizes, and how do you choose the right size?

    Thanks,
    Lisa

  4. Jeff says:

I would recommend the 1/2″ size for kids 16 and under and the 1″ size for kids and adults over the age of 16. Thanks….Jeff

I’m a 15 year old and I’ve been doing the MLIT program for a while now and I’m beginning the sports specific stage. I’ll be done in 4 weeks and my season doesn’t start up until January. What would you recommend doing for training once I finish? Would starting over at the power phase and going back and forth between power and sports specific be smart?
